Items and Stock
If you've found a ring online that you like but aren't sure of your ring size, here 's all the information you need to find out what your ring size is.
If you've been to our store and seen an item that's no longer listed on the website, it's probably already sold.
All our vintage jewelry is unique, and we only have a limited number of each piece. So if you see something you like but are still unsure, ask if we can reserve it for you.
Your jewelry is among your most beautiful and precious possessions, so you want to enjoy it for as long as possible. Regular cleaning helps keep it beautiful and radiant. Our blog explains the best way to do this. With our Clean Kit, you can easily and safely maintain your jewelry at home.
Want your jewelry to shine like new again? You can always schedule an appointment at our store. We'll polish your ring and, if necessary, expertly restore it.
If your jewellery is broken and the warranty is no longer valid, you can bring your gold jewellery to our workshop for repair for a small fee. Our goldsmith will be happy to help you.

We offer jewelry engraving in our workshop. If you'd like to have something engraved on your jewelry, please contact us to discuss the feasibility.

Each of our vintage items is unique and often available only once. When a piece of jewelry is sold, it is usually not available again. Sometimes a piece returns to the collection due to a return, so it pays to keep an eye on our website.
New items come online every Thursday. You can discover them already on Wednesday via our newsletter.
Madly in love with an item that has already been sold and nothing else fits? We can also make a custom replica with our talented team of goldsmiths. Please contact us to inquire about prices and possibilities.

Returns & Refunds
If you have received an order from us but are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the order within 14 days of receipt.
All items purchased on sale or with a promotion have a 14-day return period.
To return your order, please follow the steps below.
- Register your return via email. You will receive your return label by email within 1 business day.
2. Repack the goods together with the packing slip and send the package with your return label that you received by email.
Please note: customized jewelry cannot be returned.

It is possible to return a product in our store.
Always try to return your package within 14 days of receipt. If you're unable to do so and we receive your return later, it will not be accepted.
Returns are received and processed. Once processed, we'll process your refund. You'll receive confirmation within two weeks of receiving your package that your return has been processed and your money has been refunded!
It's certainly possible to exchange your items. If you'd like a new item, simply return the unwanted item and specify which one you'd like to receive.
You can always return two orders in one shipment. This not only saves on shipping costs, but it's also better for the environment! However, it's important to include two separate invoices for the orders. The clearer the returns, the better!
Yes, sale items can be returned within 14 days. Altered sale items are not eligible for return.
Within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s), you'll receive an email confirming your refund has been processed. 5-10 days after receiving this confirmation, your money will be refunded to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds may be issued under the name "Mollie."
Please note: customized jewelry cannot be returned.
Delivery
From 10:00 AM, all orders are processed and shipped daily. If you order before 4:00 PM, there's a good chance you'll receive your order the next day.
Amsterdam
Orders are shipped on weekdays. If you order before 4:00 PM, there's a good chance you'll receive your order the next day.
Bussum
Orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Tuesday.
For altered products, there is an additional delivery time of up to five business days.
Please note: delivery times are an indication and not a guarantee. Due to busyness or delays with the carrier, delivery may sometimes take longer. Of course, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

After you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
*If you just made a typo when entering the street name, this will be automatically corrected by the carrier when your order ships.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to select a delivery date and time when placing an order. However, you can let the carrier know which date/time works best for you once the delivery time is known.
We always process and ship our orders as quickly as possible, so you'll receive them quickly! If you'd like to receive your order later, please let us know in the comments or by email.
In the Netherlands, we ship our orders via PostNL. Shipments to the rest of the world are shipped via DHL, FedEx, or PostNL.
If you have not received your order after the estimated time, we always recommend checking your parcel's tracking. If the parcel has been reported to the courier but has not yet been shipped, we are still sorting your order and arranging for it to be shipped as soon as possible. If your order remains in the sorting phase for more than a few days, please send an email to info@vintagejewellery.com with your order reference so we can check the status of your order.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your inbox for a message from the courier.
You can have your package sent to your work address, but please make sure your company name is entered in the order's address information. The package cannot be delivered if your company name is entered as "first name," so please ensure all fields are filled in correctly.
The Atelier collection is made to order. These products are made to order, so there's a longer delivery time. See the product description for more information about the specific delivery date.
Made-to-order products can be returned as usual within 14 days. This period only begins once the product has been delivered to you. (Once the products have been altered, they cannot be returned.)
If you have purchased a combination of in-stock and make-to-order items, a partial delivery will be applied if you choose this.
Problems with my order
After you have placed an order, you can only cancel it during our opening hours by contacting us by phone: 020 7300 991
If you weren't able to contact us in time and your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, it's no longer possible to cancel it. You can return the package for a refund. Cancellation is also not possible if you selected Klarna's pay later payment option.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@vintagejewellery.com, by sending a photo of the item and the order number.
We'll then send you a return label, allowing you to return your order at our expense. We'll then attempt to repair the item or issue a refund.
If an order is delivered incomplete, please contact us at info@vintagejewellery.com or 020 7300 991.
If you experience any problems completing your order or payment, we recommend closing and restarting your browser.
You might also be unable to complete your order because someone else has just ordered the item. If your browser has been open for a long time, try refreshing the page to see if the item is still available.

It is possible that the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder or that an incorrect email address was entered.
All our orders are carefully gift wrapped as standard, making it extra festive without you having to tick any boxes.
Want to add a personal message? You can. On the product page for each product, you can enter your personal message, and we'll add it to your order on a card. We'll take care of the rest.
Payments, discounts and gift cards
The various payment methods we offer are iDeal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay in 3 installments, Credit Card, Klarna, gift cards & PayPal.
In addition to our own gift cards, it is also possible to pay with Winkelcheque, Webshop Gift Card, VVV Cadeaukaart, Jewelcard, Fashioncheque, and DE Cadeaukaart.
These gift cards are processed manually. Would you like to pay with one of these? Please send us an email with the desired product, and we will be happy to create the order manually for you.
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you only pay once you have received your order.
Within a few days of receiving your order, you'll receive an email from Klarna with the payment details. You then have 28 days to pay the invoice with Klarna. If you haven't received an email, please contact Klarna directly , as payments are no longer processed through us.
If you choose this method, your order amount will be divided into three equal installments. You authorize Klarna to authorize three direct debit payments, each with a 30-day interval between them. The first payment is due on the day of your order. This payment method is interest-free.
Once you select Klarna as your payment method, a check is performed. This check consists of three factors: your payment history with Klarna, the amount, and, in some cases, external information provided by a credit institution. This combination of factors will determine whether or not the purchase can be approved.
If the system does not allow you to pay with Klarna, you can complete your order using another payment method.
We occasionally offer discounts/promotions, which are influenced by our inventory, trends, and supply and demand. Unfortunately, in these cases, it's not possible to receive a refund for the price difference.
You can order gift cards online in various amounts through this page . The perfect gift!
Yes, the gift cards can be used both online and in our store.
If you want to use the gift card online, please contact our customer service. Unfortunately, we don't yet have an automatic link to redeem gift cards. If you contact our customer service, we'll help you redeem the gift card. Keep the codes handy; you can find them on the back of the gift card.

Stringing workshop
The stringing workshop is given in our store in the heart of Amsterdam.

An atmospheric and inspiring place where craftsmanship and timeless jewelry come together.
The cost for the stringing workshop is €150 for a single strand necklace with a silver clasp and €200 for a single strand necklace with a gold clasp.
There's also a more advanced version where you learn to tie knots. This workshop lasts longer and costs €200 with a silver clasp and €250 with a gold clasp.
Any extras, such as charms, gold or silver beads or a fantasy clasp, are available at an additional cost.
The standard stringing workshop lasts about 3 hours. The knotting workshop lasts about 4 hours. We take our time so you can work in peace and quiet and go home with a beautifully finished piece of jewelry.
You can sign up via the beading workshop page on our website. Upon registration, we require a deposit of €50 to reserve your spot.
Cancellations or rescheduling are possible up to 48 hours before the workshop starts. Please contact us so we can work together to find a suitable solution.
If you cancel up to 48 hours before the workshop, you will receive a gift certificate equal to your deposit. You can use this later in our shop or for a future workshop.
If you cancel within 48 hours before the start, we unfortunately cannot refund the deposit because materials and time have been reserved for you.
During the workshop, you'll create your own necklace by stringing or knotting. You'll work with a carefully selected collection of gemstones and materials, each with its own character and story. You'll be guided step-by-step and go home with a unique piece of jewelry that's completely yours.
Atelier collection
Our Atelier collection is a selection of unique jewelry pieces designed with love. Each piece is crafted from recycled gold and silver, inspired by iconic styles and with respect for craftsmanship and sustainability.
You can view the complete Atelier collection on our website under "Atelier ." Each piece is listed with a photo, description, and price. Ordering is easy online or in our Amsterdam boutique.
Yes, we'd love to. You're very welcome to come and see, try on, and feel our Atelier pieces up close in one of our stores.

Yes. We offer the option of having a custom-designed piece of jewelry. In consultation with our goldsmith, you can translate your own idea or meaning into a unique piece.
If an Atelier piece of jewelry is in stock, it can often be shipped the same day, provided no adjustments are required.
Customizations can include, for example, changing the size, adjusting the closure, or incorporating a personal request. In these cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
If you choose to personalize a ring by selecting a different stone, an adjusted delivery time will always be discussed with you.

Custom made jewelry
A custom-made piece of jewelry is designed especially for you and handcrafted in our workshop. Together, we'll translate your wishes, story, or memories into a unique piece of jewelry that will last for generations.
The process begins with a personal consultation, either in-store or online. We'll discuss your wishes, the design, the materials, and any gemstones you'd like to use. Based on this, we'll create a design proposal. Once approved, the jewelry will be carefully crafted by our goldsmiths.
Yes, that's possible. Existing jewelry or scrap gold can often be melted down and incorporated into a new design. We always discuss this together first to determine what is technically and aesthetically feasible.
We work with recycled gold and silver and a carefully selected collection of gemstones. Together, we choose materials and stones that suit your taste and the story you want to tell.
The delivery time depends on the design and the materials chosen. Because each custom-made piece of jewelry is handmade, the expected delivery time will always be personally agreed with you. On average, you can count on a few weeks.
The price depends on the design, the metal used, the gemstones, and the complexity of the manufacturing process. After our initial consultation, you'll receive a clear price estimate before we begin.
Minor adjustments are possible as long as the production process allows. We always discuss these together to ensure clear expectations.
