Returns: within 14 days

Of course, we hope you’re happy with your new purchase and fully ready to continue the story with your new piece! However, if for any reason that’s not the case — no problem. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vintagejewellery.com with a photo of the damage or the incorrect item you received, along with your order number. We’ll resolve it for you!

Personalized or custom-made items

Personalized Jewellery is not eligible for returns. Custom-made Jewellery can be returned, but alteration costs will not be refunded.

How does it work?

Follow the steps below to return your order:

Create a return through your account. If you do not have an account, you can contact us via email. You will receive your return label by email within 1 business day.
Repack the items together with the packing slip and send the parcel using the return label you received by email.
