Warranty & Maintenance Guide

Every piece of jewelry in our collection is pre-owned and carefully selected. Small traces of a previous life are part of that, making each piece unique. We thoroughly inspect each piece before it finds a new home.

Warranty

Our jewelry is pre-owned and carefully selected. Each piece is meticulously inspected before being included in our collection and may bear subtle traces of a previous life—that's precisely what makes the character and charm of vintage so special.

We offer a one-year warranty on our jewelry for normal use. This warranty covers the wearability and functionality of the jewelry.

The warranty does not apply to:

  • normal wear and tear or signs of use
  • damage due to bumps, falls or improper use
  • loss of parts
  • influence of external factors such as water, perfume, creams or cleaning products

adjustments or repairs carried out by third parties

We always mention any visible features on the product as carefully and transparently as possible.

When a warranty claim is submitted, we always have the jewelry assessed by our goldsmith first. We cannot make a definitive warranty claim based on photos alone. This is how we ensure that every assessment is carried out with care and expertise.

Caring for your jewelry

Silver and gold are precious metals that, if cared for, can last for generations. Their beauty develops over the years, but requires attention and careful maintenance.

For a long lifespan we recommend the following:

Avoid contact with cleaning agents and chemicals. Substances like chlorine, perfume, hairspray, and creams can damage the surface or reduce its shine. Therefore, it's best to apply care products before putting on your jewelry.

Don't wear your jewelry while exercising, showering, or sleeping. Perspiration, moisture, and accidental bumps can cause wear or damage, especially with delicate settings or delicate links.

Store your jewelry separately in a dry, dark place. Keeping it separate prevents scratches and friction. A soft jewelry box or fabric pouch is ideal for this.

Clean your jewelry regularly and carefully. Preferably use a mild, suitable cleaner and a soft cloth to gently remove dirt and grime without damaging the surface.

With careful maintenance, your jewelry will retain not only its shine but also its value and character — today and for generations to come.
