About the job

Vintage Jewellery is opening a new boutique in the centre of Haarlem in October. A place where special vintage jewellery, craftsmanship, and personal attention come together. For this new location, we are looking for a Boutique Advisor who inspires, advises, and helps our customers find a piece of jewellery with a story.

In addition to sales and customer advice, you will also have the opportunity to be involved in the purchase of jewellery. This makes it a versatile position for someone with a sense of style, quality, and personal service.

What will you do?

• Welcome customers and provide them with personal and expert advice.
• Create a warm, stylish, and high-quality shopping experience.
• Help customers find jewellry that matches their wishes and story.
• Assist with the purchase and appraisal of jewelry and precious metals.
• Ensure a well-maintained presentation of the collection and boutique.
• Contribute to building long-term customer relationships.
• Contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our service and customer experience.

This is who you are

• You have a strong sense of style and an affinity for (vintage) jewellry.
• You are service-oriented and energized by personal customer contact.
• You communicate easily, neatly, and professionally.
• You have an eye for detail and quality.
• You are accurate and interested in appraising jewelry and precious metals.
• You work independently, but also well in a small team.
• You are flexible, especially during busy periods and weekends.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or the luxury segment is a plus, but not a must.
