In our workshop we offer the possibility to engrave jewellery. If you would like to have something engraved in your ordered jewellery please contact us to see if this is possible.

Unfortunately, all of our vintage items are unique and one of a kind. However, a piece of jewellery may come back into stock once it has been returned, so keep an eye on our website.

If you have received an order from us, but are not completely satisfied, you have the option to return the order within 30 days of receipt. All items purchased in the sale or with a promotion, have a return period of 14 days.
Please follow the steps below to return your order.
1. Fill out the return form, if you do not have a return form, please contact us.
2. Repack the goods along with the return form and packing slip.
3. Contact us for the return label. ([email protected])
It is possible to return a product in our store.
Always try to return your package within 30 days of receipt. If you fail to do so and we receive your return later, it will not be accepted.
Returns come in to us and they are then processed. Once they have been processed, we will arrange for a refund. Within 2 weeks of receiving your package, you will receive confirmation that your return has been processed and your money refunded!
It is certainly possible to exchange your items. If you would like to receive a new item, please return your unwanted item and indicate which item you would like to receive.
Of course, you can always return 2 orders in one shipment. This not only saves on shipping costs, but it's also better for the environment! However, it is important that you add 2 separate invoices of the orders, as well as 2 different return forms. The clearer, the better!
Yes, the ability to return sale products within 14 days.
Within 14 days of receiving a return, you will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. After 5-10 days this refund will be deposited into your bank account, this is the original payment type when the order was placed. Please note that our refund may be visible on your bank account under the name 'Mollie'.
From 10:00 am all orders are processed and every afternoon packages are picked up by the courier for shipment. So if you place your order no later than 3:00 pm, it is possible that you will receive your order the next day.
Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. It can always happen that the package takes a little longer, due to the volume of orders, or delays. Of course we will do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
After you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
*If you have just made a typo when entering the street name, it will be automatically corrected by the carrier when your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a delivery date and time when placing an order. We always process and ship our orders as fast as possible, so you will have them in your house quickly! If you would like to receive your order later, please indicate this in the comments or by e-mail.
In the Netherlands we ship our orders via DHL. Shipments to the rest of the world are sent by DHL or PostNL.
If you have not received your order after the estimated time, we always recommend that you check the tracking of your package.
If the package has been reported to the courier, but has not yet shipped, we are still packing your order and getting it shipped as soon as possible. If your order is stuck in the sorting stage for more than a few days, we ask you to send an email to [email protected] with your order reference so we can check the status of your order.
If your package is listed as delivered, but you have not received it, please check your mailbox for a message from the courier.
If you are not at home when the delivery takes place, the delivery date will be postponed and the deliverer will visit you again the next day. If this is not convenient, you can choose to pick up your package at a DHL location.
Of course you can, at checkout enter the recipient's address as 'shipping address' and put your own details under 'billing address'. The tracking information for the package will be sent to you, so you can follow the order.
It is possible to have your package sent to your work address, just make sure that the company name is entered in your address details of the order. The package cannot be delivered if the company name is entered as 'first name', so make sure all fields are filled in correctly.
The atelier collection is a make to order collection. These products are made when ordered, so there is a longer delivery time. See the product description for more information about the specific delivery date.
Made to order products can as usual be returned within the period of 30 days. This period does not start until the product has been delivered to you. (When the products are made to order they can no longer be returned)
If you have purchased a combination of in-stock items and make to order items, partial delivery will be applied if you choose.
The different payment methods we offer are iDeal, Afterpay, Creditcard, Klarna, gift cards & PayPal.
Within a few days after receiving your order you will receive an e-mail from Klarna with the payment details. You then have 28 days to pay the invoice with Klarna. If you have not received an email, please contact Klarna directly as the payment is no longer handled by us. If you choose Klarna as your payment method, you will not pay until you have received your order.
If you choose this method, your order amount will be divided into 3 equal parts. You authorise Klarna to authorise 3 direct debit payments, each with a 30 day interval. The first payment is due on the day of your order. This payment method is interest free.
As soon as you choose Klarna as your payment method, a check is carried out. This check consists of three factors: payment history with Klarna, the amount and in some cases external information provided by a credit institution. This combination of factors will determine whether or not the purchase can be approved.
If the system does not allow you to pay with Klarna, you can complete your order with another payment method.
We occasionally have a discount/action, which is influenced by our stock, trends and supply and demand. Unfortunately, in these cases it is not possible to receive the price difference as a refund.
At the moment we only have physical gift vouchers, which are only available in the shop. The perfect gift!
Yes, the gift vouchers can be used both online and in our shop.
If you want to use the gift card online, please contact our customer service. Unfortunately, we do not yet have an automatic link to redeem gift cards. If you contact our customer service we will help you to redeem the gift card. Keep the codes handy, you will find them on the back of the gift card.
